Gary looks just like our Pikachu who ran away in April. I had to show my kids more videos to convince them he was not ours. But wow. Same markings.
Temu is known in Germany for sending items full of hazardous chemicals that are banned in the EU. You probably want to take that into account as well when buying extremely cheap toys for living beings.
You could ‘fix’ the first item using strips of hook-n-loop fasteners (a.k.a. Velcro), with the hook side on both sides. Apply the strips on the underside of the ‘monster’ part then press it onto the base part. With 3 or 4 2 inch strips, that should secure it enough for the kitties to use. ☺
